Dallas rd in Victoria is a very windy area looking out on the Pacific ocean with Beachon Hill park behind. Many summer evenings you can go down and see peopel kite boarding or paragliding. I have always been interested in kite boarded and would love tp try it some time.

Paragliding does not look as exciting to me but looks liek you could get some really nice views.
