Photgrapher Phriday: Camille Seaman

Camille Seaman is an American photographer that concentrates on photography from the two poles. My dream has always been to go to Antarctica so her pictures really appeal to me. She has a series of pictures titled “The Last Iceberg” which is a series of icebergs from both the arctic and the antarctic. Check out her website to take a look at her amazing pictures.

Free and Uneasy

A very sad and interesting story of a man who was wrongly convicted of a rape murder and was imprisoned for 16 years. The video is a year after his release. A very sad and empowering story that you should check out over at the New York Times.

Mt. Washington

On Friday I decided to make a trip up to Mt. Washington alpine resort to get some winter pictures in Paradise meadows in Strathcona park. It was a beautiful day with blue skies and just a few clouds. I was surprised there was not more snow but the few feet they had was pretty fresh and very nice. I am hoping to get up a few more times to get more pictures later in the season.
